Lunar New Year Memories

As soon as I saw this I was reminded of how Ruth’s work on grief held my hand when I navigated the death of my mother over a year ago. Many blessings to you, Ruth!

I love this comic, Ruth! I don’t have kids but I can especially relate to the glee (I think) you illustrate in the last panel. “Welp, little baby OBVIOUSLY can’t open these, so I guess I better do it!!” Wishing all a Dragon year of good health and fortune!

My sister has a store on Etsy and a customer (!) sent her a beautiful red envelope with a crisp $5 in it. We’ll remember this for-ever. It’s just such an oh-so-thoughtful of a random act of kindness that totally blew my mind.
