Side braids

Ever since Alexander Wang put them in his Spring 2010 runway show, side braids seem to be everywhere these days. Aren’t they gorgeous? It would be such an easy look for summer brunches and bike rides.

I love me a side braid. I have been rocking them lately, as my hair is just now long enough.

But I must say, all credit must be given to Jane Seymour as Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman for the overall popularity of the side braid!

my favorite! I just need my layers to grow out a bit so they don’t stick out all over the place leaving my braid looking like a floppy hairy fish ….er….something?!
But, you inspired me.
I’m gonna try it today for work and see how it turns out this time. :)
