Last night, Alex was working late, so I took myself to see the new movie Please Give. It was really entertaining, and the female characters were hilarious, nutty and perfectly drawn. (Plus, Catherine Keener with her raspy voice is one of my all-time girl crushes.) I’d highly recommend it!

oh i LOVE catherine keener and the director too. looking forward to this coming out over here. have you seen ‘walking and talking’? i think it was their first film together. one of my favourites. i recommend renting it next time alex is working late.
