Why do people bring McDonalds on a plane? And why do they always sit right behind me when they do.
As a current flight attendant, I can tell you American Airlines replaces their magazines the first of every month. So very few people have probably touched the magazine.
NEVER put your seat back. It’s so rude and selfish! Why would you choose to crush the knees of the person behind you? If i ruled the skies, seats would have only one position, full upright.
The answer to the last one is…. YES! I’m tall and have long legs, and when the person in front of me leans back, it becomes so uncomfortable, and makes it near impossible for me to squeeze out of my seat even to pee. I hate it!!!!

I have wondered all of those things! I flew halfway around the world today for work so I have even been wondering them all quite recently. Another I would add is, “Is it possible to stick my foot even a tiny bit into the aisle and not have it be in the way of the cart?” I fear the answer is no, but I keep trying to find a way to stretch my legs just a bit. I also wonder, “Do the flight attendants find me annoying?” and “When is the least annoying time to ask my neighbor to move so I can go to the bathroom?”
I hope that we fly over my neighborhood so that I can see my tiny house.
I have been on far too many 20-30 hour plane trips to worry about whether or not to put my seat back….. Put the damn seat back already. Its the one tiny comfort afforded to you in that flying tin can full of germs. Take it. (just be courteous, don’t tip it back too quick, and maybe not all the way… at least not at first ;) )
That’s funny! As a six foot, two inch tall person, when I’m flying domestic, I NEVER put my seat back. (Unless no one is sitting bedhind me.) I feel very strongly about this! I feel like the plane would be a better place if no one did it. It’s kind of like listening to music without headphones – good for you, bad for the person near you.
I know you mention 30 hour flights and I do think International travel is the only exception. Even then, I’d prefer that no one did it but feel I must do it to survive since the person in front of me always does. Just some thoughts from a tall girl to consider :)
I have looked at this illustration four times times today, I love it that much. I bet the person in that house is wondering who is up in that plane (and where are they going?).
I always becomes religious when I am flying. I always say to God please dont make the place crash and I will go back to church! I am always so scared of flying.

Yes! I’m short and I have short legs and it STILL annoys me!

And hydration is key ;)
I wonder where that smell is coming from. I wonder if it will go away.
