Have you seen these replicas of the hilariously bad New Zealand tourism posters seen in Murray’s office on Flight of the Conchords? Total genius.

Thanks for your post, quite worthwhile material.
Chunky Beef Fritters
So, I do not really suppose this is likely to work.
I LOVE the show: Flight of the conchords. It’s addicting!
ohhhhhhh, they remind me of home! NZ, is seriously like that. And everyone is as funny as Flight of the Concords (I wish…)
Good finding!
Oh I move to NZ any day. There are tons more posters on Murrray’s wall, which are all so funny!
does anybody know if you can actually buy these?m my boyfriend loves these posters. they’re pretty much the highlight of the show to him.
hahaha I esp love how murray wanted to put more exclamation marks at the end of ROCKS.
Come on Jo – you know you want to come here! And your Mum will love it!
haha i love these!!!!! and anything to do with flight of the concords.
I love that place! Just went on a holiday over there and didn’t wanna go home! Such an amazing country – very hard to take a bad photo!
These are amazing. They are my favorite- I saw them in concert at Radio City this year…I’m not sure any duo can be cuter. {Plus, Mel, the fan, opened for them and she was HILARIOUS!}
I live in NZ – it’s a great place:) Never seen these before and very funny – very Flight of the Conchords. I saw them live here a few months back. So funny!
So good! The other night there was a poster in the background that said “New Zealand – Ewes will love it” and I laughed so hard. Then the next day, one of my colleagues mentioned how the poster made no sense. Then she pronounced ewes like you-ee’s and I realised that as good as her English is for her second language, some things just get lost in translation :D
I’ve only watched one ep… must get the DVDs! I lived in Australia for 13 yrs and never visited NZ. One day I shall because I hear it’s so pretty :)
Oh how I love Murray!
Including an island with no fast-food chains, and the bike capital of the U.S.
On this chilly Monday, I'm hoping to ask a question...
On house swaps, indoor picnics, and the key to making a space feel cozy.
