it happens to me often. and i immediately eat my favourite food, call a friend and put on a old sitcom episode if i can. If i can’t, i look try to look forward to doing that as soon as I can.

it might be due to some kind of post partum wedding thing. i found i had the blues for a few days–after all the hoopla–and then it’s gloomy fall weather.
